Supervising/Leading First Aid for Mental Health (Level 3)

This course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider

 

Total time: 6-hours guided learning and a minimum of 9-hours self-study over a 6-week period.

 

This online course covers the content in Level 1 and 2 awards and then goes into more detail on a wider range of mental health conditions, and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals.

To invest in up to 12 members of staff in-house is £2800 + VAT.

 

To invest in an individual place where the guided learning takes place 1-on-1 is £450 + VAT.

First Aid for Mental Health (Level 2)

This course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider

 

Total time: 3-hours guided learning and a minimum of 6-hours self-study over a 3-week period.

 

This online course covers the content of the Level 1 course but also expands on the effects of drugs and alcohol, incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and covers ways in which a positive mental health culture can be supported in the workplace.

Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health (Level 1)

This course is an introductory course only and does not qualify you as a Mental Health First Aider

 

Total time: 2-hours guided learning and a minimum of 4-hours self-study over a 2-week period.

 

This online course provides you with the knowledge to recognise potential early signs of poor mental health, to learn about mental health conditions, give you the skills to start a conversation and if necessary, signpost the person towards professional help.

To invest in up to 12 members of staff in-house is £1200 + VAT.

 

To invest in an individual place where the guided learning takes place 1-on-1 is £200 + VAT.

First Aid for Youth Mental Health

This course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider supporting Young People

 

Total time: 3-hours guided learning and a minimum of 6-hours self-study over a 3-week period.

 

This online course has been designed with children and young people in mind (includes all children and young people up to the age of 18). It will provide you with the knowledge and skills to recognise early signs of poor mental health in young people, and give you the skills to start a conversation and if necessary, signpost the young person towards professional help.
