During this programme you will focus on creating a positive mental health workplace wellbeing culture throughout your organisation. You will integrate this with your leadership roles as well as existing support and resources. You will also identify next steps and the benefits for all staff and your organisation.

If preferred, there is the option to focus on a particular course(s) within the programme rather than the programme as a whole.

Organisational Wellbeing

This course focuses on the strategic role of positive mental health workplace wellbeing. It is of particular relevance to senior staff.

You will look at how to integrate support initiatives and positive conversations into your organisation’s structures, culture and future plans.

The return on investment will be considered including the links between reduced staff absence and improved performance as well as the reputation of your organisation in attracting and retaining staff.

This course is 4 hours long, delivered in 2 live online sessions for groups up to 12 or individual participants.

Leadership and Mental Health

This course reflects the above strategic Organisational Wellbeing course and focuses on integrating a consistent approach for all line managers, supervisors and team leaders.

 

This course is intended for anyone already in or moving into a leadership/line manager role.

 

This course is 4 hours long, delivered in 2 live online sessions for groups up to 12.

Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace

This course complements and builds on the above courses, in particular, it’s intended to be part of developing a culture of positive mental health for all staff.

 

This course is relevant for any members of staff and core to an all staff approach.

 

This course is 4 hours long, delivered in 2 live online sessions for groups up to 20.
