Image of Network Meetings

We look forward to welcoming you to our new network events. These can be attended as a series or as separate events.

How will the network events help me?

The meetings are designed to give you the opportunity to meet people from other organisations and look at mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, from an individual and collective perspective.

Each event will include reflective practice to take away and help you apply the learning in your own role and organisation. There will also be time for networking and making new connections. Time to share current challenges and suggested topics for future events will be included.

Guest speakers will attend events to add specialist knowledge and update e.g. good practice and regulatory requirements.

Who can attend?

Anyone can attend and as part of developing an all-staff approach to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, you are encouraged to share the learning with colleagues.

How long are the events?

The events are 90 minutes and this will be reviewed following feedback. The initial events start at 10am and again this will be reviewed.

Joining Instructions?

Zoom invitations will be emailed a week before each event.

What is the cost?

Each meeting is £20 + VAT per person. You can either pay by Card (including Business) or you can request an invoice if your organisation is covering the costs.

Organisational mental health and wellbeing – A personal plan, ready when needed

This event focuses on having the right type of support in place for people, as and when they need it.

The event will introduce the idea of a Wellness Action Plan (WAP) for personal use but also as part of an all-staff approach. Links will be made with the role of the line manager and developing the emotional culture of your organisation.

Opportunities to use the structure of the WAP to support and discuss common themes or challenges will also be considered.

We are delighted to welcome Cat McClay, Head of Talent & People at AgileCadence as our guest speaker. Cat is going to share the overall approach to mental health and wellbeing at AgileCadence, including the use of personal plans.
