Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health

Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health

Start your learning journey in Mental Health and Wellbeing

Here’s an overview of all our First Aid for Mental Health Courses

This foundational awareness course, available online or in-person, introduces the social model of mental health by examining how external factors, such as work culture, stress, and relationships, affect wellbeing. While it doesn’t certify you as a Mental Health First Aider, it equips you with the insight and skills to assist qualified first aiders in fostering a supportive workplace culture. Ideal for those seeking to promote mental health awareness through a more socially conscious approach without taking on the full responsibilities of a first aider.
