Evaluate Your Progress and Plan for the Future

Training for Success: Evaluate Your Progress and Plan for the Future

Learning today, leading tomorrow! Take the next step—explore how you can plan your next move. Invest in yourself to gain new skills and knowledge to help lead your organisation into a brighter future.

This relates to fostering a positive and preventative mental health culture in the workplace, and viewing it as an investment in both individuals and the organisation as a whole.

As part of our evaluation, we welcome the opportunity to follow up with organisations, for example, 6 months after a course. This provides MHScot with valuable feedback as well as a sign of progress for participants and their organisations.

The Kirkpatrick Evaluation approach is used in our evaluation. This includes gathering feedback on learning, behavioural changes, and organisational benefits.

Short session to review and refresh

We will facilitate a brief online session via Zoom to assess progress and refresh key messages, knowledge, and skills.

We welcome the opportunity to provide an update on progress, the current situation, any challenges, and your future plans in advance of a session. This helps to ensure that the session’s context and focus are relevant and reflect what is going on in your organisation.

How long is each session?

Each group session lasts 90 minutes and the 1-to-1 sessions are 60 mins.

Moving Towards a Positive Organisation

A positive organisation is concerned with harnessing the potential of their employees. It is an environment where people thrive and are able to exceed their own aspirations.
