MHScot delivers expert-led mental health training that focuses on organisational change rather than placing the burden on individuals.
Glasgow’s workforce spans some of Scotland’s biggest employers, from NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and three universities through to engineering, drinks, media and the energy sector. The pressures vary by industry, but the core question is the same: how do we build workplaces where people get proper support when their mental health is struggling? MHScot helps Glasgow organisations answer that with accredited training that holds up in real working conditions.
Our Glasgow training programmes are designed to create meaningful organisational change:
Equip your team with the skills to recognise and respond effectively to mental health challenges in the workplace.
Learn how to create environments where team members feel safe to speak up, take risks, and contribute fully.
Develop strategies to transform workplace structures that impact mental health and wellbeing.
Glasgow’s unique work environment presents specific challenges and opportunities for workplace mental health:
MHScot works with Glasgow organisations to address these specific regional needs through our unique social enterprise approach.
