This interactive course focuses on integrating mental health and wellbeing to your organisation’s strategy and culture. You will gain an insight to how mental health and wellbeing influences every member of staff and how implementing a healthy workplace culture with no stigma is beneficial for ALL staff.

What will I gain from this course?
A new focus on leading by example and the impact positive leadership behaviours have on others.
Integrating opportunities for people to regularly describe how they are feeling will be included together with the role of leaders as effective listeners.
Recognising signs and symptoms of some mental health conditions will be covered. The links between pressure and stress will be considered together with how best to reduce stress in the workplace.
From a strategic perspective the return on investing in the mental health and wellbeing of yourself, your colleagues and your staff will be highlighted. How to recognise the benefits from various perspectives for example: attracting and retaining staff; enhancing your organisation’s reputation; reduced absence and staff turnover and reduced business costs.
You will prepare next steps for your own organisation including how you can endorse and role model mental health and wellbeing and how the mental health and wellbeing of ALL staff will become a key performance indicator.
This live interactive course conducted online is aimed at people taking the lead on the mental health and wellbeing of staff. This course is also offered on a 1-to-1 basis.
