This course considers the strategic role of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. It focuses on an all-staff approach to mentally healthy workplaces and the link with an organisation’s overall performance. It considers the role of leaders and supporting them together with a consistent approach to supporting colleagues and staff. The cost of not supporting a mentally healthy workplace culture is also considered.
