This interactive two-part course considers the role of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. It is designed to help you consider relevant next steps in your own role and organisation.

How will this course help me?

 

The course provides an overview of mental health and wellbeing, particularly in the workplace. This includes being part of developing a positive mental health culture in your own organisation.

 

The course includes recognising and managing stress plus recognising early warning signs in yourself and colleagues. Preventive techniques are included together with practical resources to help take care of your mental health and wellbeing.

This course is 4 hours, delivered in 2 online sessions.
