Mental Health and Wellbeing Webinars

Just as Covid-19 started to impact our ability to deliver our face-to-face courses and workshops, we decided to run some short Webinars. As we are now back up and running we have provided some examples of the activities that took place during our webinars. We will continue to run courses and webinars online, so if you would like to make an enquiry follow this link.

At our next workshop which we ran in a meeting format rather than a webinar, the theme Resilience was very much in demand. This can mean different things to different people. It is sometimes an overused word but is one that people are drawn to.

Using Mentimeter we asked ‘Please share an example where you or someone else you know has faced a difficult/adverse situation which ended with a positive outcome‘ followed by ‘What is the hoped-for outcome? (this was in relation to post-Covi-19 and what positives could come from the situation) . As we didn’t record this session (to protect anonymity) you can download slides as well as the Mentimeter activity pdf’s to find out what people said in this group.
