About
We are Scotland’s first Social Enterprise (based in Edinburgh) focusing on stress prevention and early mental health intervention in the workplace.
We started in 2014 but only recently grew our directorship as we start to move into a new and exciting chapter.
We provide courses, workshops, support and advice services to everyone that makes up an employers workforce.
