I’m Tom Gold, a Motivational and Wellbeing Coach. I’m also a Bushcraft Instructor and Personal Trainer.

 

I’m delighted to be complementing MHScot Workplace Wellbeing’s courses and workshops by integrating coaching into your life long learning journey.

I work with teams and individuals to help them stay at the top of their game and still show up 100% for the most important people in their lives.

Motivation and wellbeing need to be more than just things we all agree we would like more of. They have to be personal or they just arent going to work. Let me give you an example:

 

Can you remember what you were like on your best day

Take a moment with that.

What was it that made you unstoppable? What happened the day before to set you up for this? What personal values were you holding tight to? How did you feel in the moment?

Did you take courage and roll the dice? Did you trust yourself? Did you just flat out refuse to be beaten?

Whatever you did and however you did it it’s really important to understand what was going on in your head at that time and how to reactivate that mindset – since you have undeniably achieved it at least once

If you’d like to continue the conversation I run interactive half day courses and
shorter presentations on a range of topics. They’re all aimed at getting you and your team to ask yourself the right questions about what you want and then forming the habits to get you there.
